Job Overview
The Sr Business Operations Manager supports the Elevate Operations leader on planning and execution around all administrative, financial and operational activities related to the procurement and supply chain transformation. It will serve as a key point of contact between top management, vendors, employees and other stakeholders. The Business Operations Manager provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. They are responsible for tracking and keeping leadership timely informed of operational performance around all aspects of the operations transformation. Must have supply chain and/or procurement experience. Experience with Oracle applications and transformation activities desired. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Elevate transformation operations teams’ primary support to drive key Procurement and Supply Chain transformation efforts.  Will serve as the primary point of contact in support of the Operations transformation leader. This includes building executive level presentations and building the “story” for the procurement and supply chain transformation efforts, including tracking and use of key metrics to support content.
  • May be required to serve as proxy for the leader in key critical business meetings/projects in relation to operational issues, projects, team progress and risk-related issues.
  • Responsible for working with internal leads and vendors to rollout key initiatives such as Supply Chain S&OP process. 
  • Accountable to continually monitor the top priority active projects within the organization and ensuring leadership is kept abreast of all matters of significance requiring immediate attention.
  • The Operations Manager must possess solid operational and supply chain knowledge along with financial acumen and serve as a capable steward of the company's financial resources.
  • Serve as department liaison across other functional groups regarding process change, policy change, compliance issues, department-wide communications.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Related field or equivalent experience.(Required)

Work Experience:

  • More than 10 years Supply Chain / Planning experience. (Required)
  • More than 10 years Experience in fulfillment, inventory planning and demand planning; telecom experience preferred. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $102,400 - $184,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
