Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office)

The Sr. Business Strategist – Marketing is responsible for tracking and ensuring execution of the strategic roadmap that enables the achievement of quarterly business goals across all Product categories. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Segment Leads, Product, Operations, and Consumer teams to ensure alignment and drive the execution of key initiatives that close performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the tracking and delivery of TFB targets by analyzing current performance trajectories and driving strategic initiatives that support achievement of quarterly goals.
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews of key KPIs and marketing initiatives to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes.
  • Partner across functions to coordinate planning, execution, and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by business leadership to support evolving business needs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing (Required)
  • Masters Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management preferred

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7- 10 years of working experience (preferably within Telecom and/or Technology, management consulting), or in similar roles requiring strong analytical and executive communication skills
  • Strong experience in supporting delivery of quarterly and long range planning targets while working cross-functionally across multiple owners
  • Experience developing, tracking and executing strategies and programs that drive growth
  • Strong experience working in an agile environment

    Base Pay Range: $129,700 - $234,000

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
