Job OverviewThis hybrid position is based in Bellevue, Washington.
T-Mobile is revolutionizing the retail experience, transforming it from a simple transactional interaction into an inspiring journey of discovery and connection. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the planning and execution of all strategic activities for the Retail Strategy and Experience (RS&E) organization. As part of a cross-functional team, you will own strategic operations and drive retail transformation efforts that integrate digital experiences into the physical retail environment. This will guide customers towards unassisted, self-service activities, reducing reliance on assisted interactions in-store while maintaining business objectives and outcomes.
In this role, you will advance the retail strategic vision and lead cross-functional teams from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with retail priorities and business goals. You will develop and manage structured roadmaps, management systems, and project governance frameworks to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively sequenced, measured, and aligned with broader organizational efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with internal partners to build, schedule, and manage measurement activities, collaborate on creating and managing roadmaps, and conduct executive reviews. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional leadership and effective management in all areas.
Drive retail strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration from ideation to deployment, ensuring planning and alignment with long-term business, store format, and retail transformation objectives.
Collaborate with the Retail Intelligence team to lead and develop structured roadmaps, management systems, measurement activities, and project governance frameworks.
Partner with senior management to define and prioritize retail strategic initiatives and influence strategy needed to achieve business objectives.
Manage executive review cycles and Retail Transformation Steering planning with senior leadership.
Gather and identify trends, retail insights, and areas for improvement through various sources, including social sentiment, Our Voice, and employee roundtables to ensure feedback is continuously integrated into long-range planning and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of RS&E initiatives.
Develop detailed execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Related field (Required)
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related (Preferred)
Work Experience:
7+ years of experience in instructional design, sales operations, and/or program management. (Required)
3+ years Strategic Planning experience. (Required)
Executive Communication (Required)
Project Management (Required)
Program Management (Required)
Change Management (Preferred)
Telecom experience preferred. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Program Strategy: Comprehensive planning and execution of initiatives designed to achieve specific organizational goals (Required)

Project Management: Strong project management, analysis, and execution skills -- resulting in track record of successful achievements. (Required)

Executive Communications: Expert written and verbal communication skills including ability to create executive presentations, summaries, and updates in MS Office PPT, Word (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
