Job Overview
T-Mobile is seeking a bold, strategic executive to lead our Network Real Estate team as Sr. Director under the VP of Critical Infrastructure Procurement. This leader will shape and drive national real estate strategy across our network asset portfolio—including cell site leases, Mobile Switching Offices (MSOs), critical infrastructure, venues, and small cells. With a strong grasp of business priorities, they’ll lead complex negotiations, forge strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver real estate strategies that power T-Mobile’s network edge.

Un-carrier® Responsibilities

  • Engage senior-level business stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and drive alignment on high complexity category strategies and category performance metrics.
  • Delivering against key financial and performance metrics associated with the Network Procurement spend managed by their team.
  • Ensuring cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, finance, and legal to drive value creation and mitigate supply risk.
  • Own end-to-end real estate strategy for all network assets – from acquisition and leasing to divestitures and renewals.
  • Leading tough, high-level negotiations for large-scale lease, buy, and sell transactions with senior executives, often in complex and high-stakes environments.
  • Effectively relaying strategy and updates to C-suite executives within a Fortune 50 company with clarity, impact, and precision.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder focus.
  • Developing future leaders within the organization by aligning them with strategic expectations and supporting their career development and training.
  • Monitoring industry trends and supplier markets to anticipate risks and leverage opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
  • Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for network-related goods and services.
  • Serve as primary point of escalation for issues that arise within.
  • Oversee annual performance management process and long-term career progression of team members.

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years extensive tenure in telecom, infrastructure, retail or commercial real estate strategy with deep expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and asset portfolio management.
  • 10+ years’ experience in leadership roles.
  • 7-10 years consulting procurement transformation experience.
  • Proven track record of C-level negotiations, particularly in complex buy/sell/lease environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience required; Master’s of Business Administration preferred.

Base Pay Range: $200,900 - $271,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 35%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
