The Sr Executive Strategy & Planning Manager is a member of the Chief Product Officer’s Chief of Staff organization and plays a critical role in influencing and aiding the strategic initiatives of Products, Partnerships and Growth (PP&G). This role supports the ongoing strategic planning and effective management of the PP&G organization's leaders, cross-functional partners, projects, and goals. This role is responsible for managing the rhythm of business, evaluation and analysis of target metrics, and ensuring business initiatives and objectives are being met. This role represents the organization's priorities by driving ad hoc projects to completion, progressing the strategic agenda, and supporting organizational health. This role brings a tactical mindset and drives accountability and alignment on key priorities on behalf of the organization. This role requires a high degree of business acumen, discretion, urgency, and strong project management skills.Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with various leaders and teams across the enterprise to ensure success of corporate priorities and successful execution of strategic projects.
- Delivers on special and/or ad hoc projects as assigned related to the organization’s strategic priorities, collaborating with business teams across the enterprise.
- Maintains and drives the organization’s rhythm of the business, strategic agenda, and performance scorecard. Responsible for performance design within the organization they support. Drives initial strategic design of the scorecard(s) to measure performance of the overall function.
- Autonomously builds executive level materials in support of the strategic agenda.
- Facilitates collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and Corporate Strategy in relation to inputs and outputs from regular planning cycles as well as special projects as required.
- Interfaces and partner with a broad base of Chief of Staff office members and key functional experts, expertly navigating the nuances of relationships and business ownership/authority across an array of functions.

- Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward and cross functionally. Can articulate visions / strategics / ideas / proposals clearly and concisely. (Required)
- Quantitative Analytics Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, particularly modeling; strong bias towards data-based decision making. (Required)
- Financial Planning Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results. (Required)
- Enterprise Acumen: Strong organizational skills at the Executive levels. Shown understanding of high-performing organizations. Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve. (Required)
- Cross Functional Relationships Proven ability to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company. (Required)
- Problem Solving Comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity, seeking solutions and problem solving. (Required)
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategic operations, process design, or other strategic roles Required
- Less than 2 years Experience supporting an enterprise-level senior executive or other high-profile executive-facing role Preferred
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $109,600 - $197,800Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
