Job Overview
T-Ads is a fast-growing, dynamic business within T-Mobile, driving digital advertising innovation and monetization strategies. As we scale our global footprint and expand through acquisitions, we need a strategic and globally-minded Sr HR Partner to help implement our people strategy, integrate new businesses, and support our growing international workforce. We’re looking for a Senior HR Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has experience supporting an advertising team, navigating international HR complexities and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role will be a trusted advisor to the T-Ads leadership team, shaping organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning across multiple geographies.

** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Bellevue, WA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders in T-Ads, driving people strategy alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Influence talent, culture, and workforce planning to support domestic and international expansion and business transformation.
  • Implement the HR strategy for global markets, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, policies, and cultural nuances.
  • Guide leaders on expansion strategies, including hiring, mobility, and compensation practices in international markets.
  • Partner with other HR Partners and HR M&A teams, Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance teams to support due diligence, integration planning, and change management for M&A activities.
  • Create and implement integration strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and alignment with T-Mobile’s culture and values.
  • Drive org planning, leadership development, talent management and performance management for a global and rapidly scaling team.
  • Provide insights on compensation strategies, people analytics, and retention plans for high-growth business functions.
  • Act as a change agent, helping leaders navigate organizational shifts, new ways of working, and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years supporting international teams.
  • Solid expertise in M&A due diligence, integration, and change management.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments, preferably within tech, digital advertising, or global SaaS organizations.
  • Deep understanding of international labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural dynamics in multiple markets.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive critical initiatives, and lead through ambiguity.
  • Data-driven approach, with experience using people analytics and HR tech platforms to drive decision-making.
  • High adaptability and ability to work across multiple time zones and global teams.

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $180,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
