The Sr. Manager, Business Development will lead a team responsible for driving revenue and strategic partnerships across multiple network API solutions, including fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and other enterprise-focused offerings. This role is responsible for both new business development and managing the commercial relationships with aggregators, resellers, and direct partners. The Sr. Manager will oversee strategic deal negotiations, product commercialization, and account growth strategies, ensuring seamless execution of partnerships.This role requires a leader with deep expertise in network APIs, enterprise technology partnerships, and reseller management. The Sr. Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to drive market adoption and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the business development team to drive growth across multiple network APIs and enterprise solutions.
- Manage aggregator and reseller relationships, ensuring optimized commercial agreements, contract execution, and long-term partnership success.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs to commercialize new API-driven offerings.
- Structure and negotiate complex partnerships, licensing agreements, and API monetization deals.
- Align business development efforts with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, operations, and legal teams.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, including enterprise security, identity verification, and telecom authentication APIs.
- Own and drive commercial revenue targets for key partners, ensuring sustained growth and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales in network APIs, telecom, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or digital identity solutions.
- Proven experience in managing aggregators, resellers, and enterprise partnerships, with a track record of building and scaling API-driven business models.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, managing business development or sales teams.
- Deep understanding of API monetization models, commercial licensing, and network-based services.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, and partner management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Base Pay Range: $141,700 - $255,600Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
