Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Business Sales Ops is responsible for leading a team of B2B Enterprise and Government Program Managers focused on Onboarding, Continued Education, and GTM (Go-to-Market) activities. This role directly contributes to developing, evaluating, and improving training strategies and enablement programs that drive field readiness and business impact. The role will also support facilitation and certification programs across Enterprise and Government sales segments (SEGA), as well as leadership to ensure operational efficiency, training consistency, and alignment with overall sales enablement goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and develop a team of Learning & Development professionals responsible for Seller Onboarding, Continued Education, and GTM project and program initiatives for Enterprise and Government B2B Complex Sellers.
  • Manage, coach, and develop facilitators and trainers through observation, feedback, certification, and individual development planning.
  • Collaborate with Leadership on the strategic alignment of training priorities and field execution, ensuring brand and message compliance.
  • Provide VP-level executive summary readouts on training and facilitation results, readiness metrics, and associated outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across Program Management and Training functions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SEGA segment leaders, Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing to align priorities and delivery schedules.
  • Support lifecycle management for enablement programs, including facilitation delivery, certification, and analytical reporting of training impact.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members while ensuring consistent communication and coordination across impacted field groups.
  • Manage budget analysis, tracking expenses related to training delivery programs, and vendor trainer management.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Successful management experience managing teams and/or managers (Required)
  • Training strategy and enablement experience (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Leadership: Ability to manage individuals and managers/multiple teams (Required)
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial and business acumen (Required)
  • Change Management: Ability to drive and manage outcomes (Required)
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication (Required)
  • Sales Enablement: Ability to translate field readiness needs into actionable enablement strategies (Preferred)
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent training or GTM projects (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $128,500 - $231,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
