Sr Manager, Corporate Security

Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Security to create, implement, and manage physical security processes and strategies to support the enterprise security operation for T-Mobile Corporate Security. In this role, you will develop and support business requirements to ensure that standards, processes, training, personnel, systems, and other resources are in place to monitor and protect the employees and assets of T-Mobile. You are responsible for the long term strategy and day to day tactics necessary to support all operational aspects required of this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of physical security operations including strategy, development and implementation.
  • Leads a team of indirect and direct reports in support of Corporate Security objectives.
  • Directs 3rd party national unarmed guard supplier. Provides direction and input into physical security standards, policies, and procedures. Specifically directs all security operations at the HQs, large offices, critical sites, customer experience centers and retail.
  • Responsible for all aspects of physical security infrastructure deployment.
  • Partners with Enterprise Security Systems team to ensure physical security infrastructure at all sites is meeting performance expectations.
  • Contributor to the overall strategy and direction of the Corporate Security team

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; College degree a plus
  • 10+ years of diverse, enterprise experience in enterprise corporate security with demonstrated career progression
  • 5+ years experience in people management. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams, guiding decision-making, and fostering a culture of security awareness.
  • Proven experience in Security Operations, including monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Management principles, with the ability to develop and implement security strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Expertise in Process Documentation/Management, ensuring security protocols, procedures, and workflows are clearly defined, maintained, and continuously improved.
  • Experience in Policy Development/Management, including creating, enforcing, and updating security policies to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to security challenges.
  • This role may require occasional availability on holidays, weekends, and on-call support as needed to meet business and operational demands.

Base Pay Range: $111,200 - $200,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
