Job Description Summary
** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for executing the vision, design, product roadmap of a key product or limited product portfolio in an Agile driven environment. Most often leading teams of 20+ FTE or contractors who help manage roaming products.

Senior Manager is also responsible for hiring and retaining a high performing team of Product Managers / Owners, and Managers to support products and platforms. This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your direct teams with Engineering, Finance, Accounting and other partner organizations, and supporting vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works in collaboration with Director to develop strategy, plan, goals (outcomes) for their scope of business. Collaboration should extend to customer teams and groups, as well as close working teams within org.
  • Drive cross-functional alignments with various teams including Engineering, Business Assurance, Financial Operations and Accounting teams to understand current product experiences, identifies areas of opportunity and prioritize feature development.
  • Define the strategic roadmap for enterprise data products, platforms, and AI-driven capabilities aligned with business priorities. Identify opportunities to modernize data ecosystems through automation, metadata enrichment, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
  • Develop business cases for new data products and enhancements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, budgets, and expected ROI. Prioritize product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure product requirements reflect user needs, technical feasibility, and scalability.

  • Monitor industry trends in AI/LLMs, data architecture, governance, and analytics, integrating insights into product direction. Also , own the full lifecycle of multiple data products—from ideation and requirements through delivery, optimization, and retirement.

  • Develops change management and regularly cascades Vision, Strategy to align goals with corporate priorities from executives to direct reports.
  • Regularly provides review and guidance to Product Management team & Vendor on execution related responsibilities.
  • Collaborates and contributes to creation of development plans for each direct report and creates leadership opportunities for direct reports.
  • Creates, communicates, and monitors formal performance improvement plan (PIP) when necessary and appropriate.
  • Provides regular, timely coaching lateral (peer) and upward feedback. Fosters culture in team to enable regular, timely, constructive upward feedback.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree In Business Administration (Required)
  • 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment. (Required)
  • 4 – 7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management organization. (Required)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required)
  • Communication Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)
  • Business Analytics Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to
    identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. (Required)
  • Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $140,500 - $253,500

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
