Job OverviewThe Sr Manager, Enterprise Media Sales at T-Ads is pivotal in leading the enterprise sales strategy and execution, driving significant revenue growth through deepening relationships with top-tier clients. This role involves scaling a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and aligning closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Leveraging extensive knowledge in digital advertising and programmatic platforms, the Head of Enterprise Sales will deliver data-driven insights to enhance client engagements and drive market expansion. By serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, this role is crucial in supporting their digital transformation and achieving ambitious sales targets. Overall, the position is instrumental in shaping the future of T-Ads' enterprise sales and maintaining competitive advantage in the digital advertising landscape.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives
- Builds and maintains relationships with top-tier clients to support their digital transformation and enhance engagement
- Manages and scales a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Delivers data-driven insights to improve client engagements and inform market expansion strategies
- Serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing expert knowledge in digital advertising and programmatic platforms
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
- Experience in leading enterprise sales teams and managing large-scale sales operations in the digital advertising or related industry Required
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams Required
- Proven track record of negotiating and leading large multi-year deals, preferably with a minimum value of $30M Required

- Leadership Essential ability to lead and expand high-performing teams, instilling a culture of excellence and innovation specifically within the enterprise sales framework. (Required)

- Data Analysis Strong capability to utilize analytical insights to refine client interactions and inform strategic decisions, enhancing overall sales performance. (Required)
- Digital Marketing In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic platforms, crucial for leading enterprise sales in a competitive market. (Required)
- Executive Presence: The ability to command respect and communicate with authority and clarity at senior levels, influencing decisions and inspiring confidence. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP): Certification that validates expertise in digital marketing and advertising strategies, including programmatic platforms. (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant: Certification demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, which can be crucial for managing enterprise sales operations and customer relationships. (Preferred)
