Sr Manager, EPO Applications Support

*** This position is located in Bellevue, WA - this is not a remote role. This is a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

This role provides leadership and expertise to a team responsible for complex application support and development activities, supporting key Enterprise Program Office operations. It directs the analysis, design, development, and implementation of software applications and their components. The role involves managing project priorities, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Additionally, this role is accountable for enterprise data repository governance, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to enable transparent, decision-grade reporting. Success is measured by effective project delivery, system stability, and team performance. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer experience by maintaining and enhancing critical application systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the application support team to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues and maintain system stability
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of software applications to meet business requirements and technical standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional managers to integrate application projects and align with organizational priorities
  • Oversee project planning, prioritization, and progress monitoring to deliver solutions within scope and schedule
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to team members to enhance capabilities
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.(Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Telecommunications experience required preferably in the wireless industry (financial support, customer support/customer care, provisioning, or billing).
  • 2-4 Years Management experience.
  • 4-7 Years Experience supporting production applications ideally in Agile Methodology – specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms as well as Airtable
  • 4-7 Years - Experience managing data governance standards to ensure integrity, traceability, and reliability of reporting datasets
  • 4-7 Years Experience coordinating development efforts with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers,development, customers, and vendors.
  • 4-7 Years Business/functional analysis experience.
  • Software quality assurance experience including ability to define, review and implement detailed test plans.
  • Telecom experience (Preferred)


 

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Base Pay Range: $134,600 - $242,900

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
