As a Sr Manager, Field Marketing for T-Mobile Fiber Field Marketing, you will lead and develop a team of Sr Regional Marketing Managers responsible for creating and executing custom marketing plans across the U.S. This role ensures alignment with national marketing priorities, drives scalable and repeatable field marketing processes, and provides oversight across all regions to maximize performance results. The Sr Manager partners with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable field marketing strategies, bringing consistency, efficiency, and measurable impact to T-Mobile’s market presence.This is a high-performing Regional Marketing team delivering against pipeline and acquisition goals. We are looking for a Manager to understand scalable field marketing processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and impact. There must be a strong alignment with Sales and Corporate Marketing teams. And, the Manager should have a clear demonstration of field marketing’s value through pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and support a team of Sr Regional Marketing Managers. Drive performance, provide guidance on regional strategy, and ensure professional development.
Build, implement, and refine scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for regional execution. Ensure consistency across all field marketing activities and establish systems for measurement and reporting.
Oversee all regional marketing plans, ensuring they ladder up to corporate objectives and brand standards. Act as the point of alignment between corporate marketing and field execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Media, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure local activities support revenue and growth priorities. Provide field insights back to national teams.
Oversee budget allocation across regions, ensure efficient resource use, and drive ROI reporting on all field marketing investments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
8 years of marketing experience with proven success managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns for recognized B2C brands
3 years of people management experience leading high-performing marketing teams
Experience developing and implementing scalable marketing processes and frameworks preferred
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaign execution
Proven ability to apply consumer insights and analytics to drive results
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
Data-driven mindset with expertise in reporting, measurement, and budget management
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel: 10% (regional and national events, cross-functional alignment)
Regular and consistent attendance required.
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
