Sr Manager, Mid-Market Sales - MI/OH

The Sr Manager, Mid-Market Sales will lead a high-performing sales team of Major Account Executives focused on prospecting new logos, driving revenue growth, and selling wireless voice, data services, and IoT solutions for Mid-Market customers (300-999 employees).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Coaching: Coaching the team to build and maintain relationships with key customer influencers. Actively managing team performance and overseeing the account planning process. Ensuring effective pipeline management throughout the sales cycle. Inspiring and motivating the team while fostering T-Mobile’s culture and values. Celebrating successes and providing constructive feedback to drive performance and accountability.
  • Sales Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier sales team that embodies T-Mobile’s exemplary service. Onboard new employees into the T-Mobile culture. Identify and support underperforming Major Account Executives. Lead by example, train, and evaluate the team to foster growth. Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching in the field.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay eager to learn and grow. Continuously update your knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and market dynamics. Participate in training, host, and attend sales meetings. Maximize collaboration across T-Mobile and support partners.


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Sales or Marketing (Required)
  • 4-7 years Sales management Required
  • 4-7 years Outside sales experience and a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment within the same company. Required
  • 2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry Preferred

  • Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously. (Required)
  • Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. (Required)
  • Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities to achieve favorable outcomes. (Required)
  • Leadership Ability to inspire and guide a sales team, effectively communicate goals, make strategic decisions, and drive performance to achieve sales targets, fostering a positive and productive team environment. (Required)
  • Sales Process Management Experience with funnel management and accurate forecasting, ensuring a streamlined sales process and reliable prediction of sales outcomes. (Required)
  • CRM: Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, leveraging these tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities efficiently. (Preferred)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $151,900 - $273,900, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $106,330 - $191,730

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
