Job Responsibilities:
Product Management Expertise:
Demonstrated ability in product management, preferably in AI, machine learning (ML), or natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
Consistent track record of delivering large-scale products from concept to launch, particularly in virtual assistant or chatbot platforms.
Experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions across multiple customer touchpoints (voice, chat, app, etc.).
Strong ability to gather and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, leading product development through iterative cycles.
Technical Competence:
Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, NLP, and related technologies such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
Ability to define and steer the architecture and integration of AI/ML models into virtual assistant platforms (voice, chat, web)
Experience with AI-related frameworks, APIs, and platforms, including OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, and other AI/ML services.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices for AI-driven solutions.
Proven experience managing the deployment of AI/ML models in production environments and ensuring model performance.
Generative Steering and AI Model Deployment:
Expertise in guiding generative AI to deliver intelligent and context-aware responses within virtual assistants.
Familiarity with generative steering techniques to optimize and personalize customer interactions across platforms.
Experience working with adversarial testing to ensure model robustness and mitigate risks related to biased or inappropriate outputs.
Cross-Platform Expertise:
Experience with integrating virtual assistant technologies into different platforms (mobile, web, messaging apps, etc.).
Familiarity with challenges and standard processes for maintaining a consistent user experience across various interfaces.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data science, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors, especially for AI and platform integration.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios.
Excellent interpersonal skills to present technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
Work Experience:
6+ years experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment. (Required)
7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
