*** This position will be located in Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.***We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic T-Life product marketing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for deeply understanding customer behavior across the T-Life app ecosystem, tracking performance metrics, and generating actionable insights to continually enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and engagement within the mobile app, using these insights to inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.
Own and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term app performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Partner and/or lead consumer research efforts including qualitative and quantitative methodologies, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
Translate data and insights into clear and actionable marketing and product strategies
Develop clear, concise, and compelling communications that articulate the value proposition and positioning of our app products to internal and external partners.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on market and user research.
Uses business analysis and customer research to drive product strategy, develop marketing requirements, ensure product retention and support business outcomes.
Provide regular, data-informed updates and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and prioritization.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science
7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing strategy that can be tied to increased business revenue
Proven track record of using consumer insights to drive impactful business decisions. Experience with designing, implementing, and interpreting consumer research and surveys.
Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics). Demonstrated expertise in using data analytics to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in analyzing results to inform marketing decisions.
Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills
Proven interaction, interface and program management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, data & analytics, and GTM.
Basic SQL knowledge or understanding (preferred)

Base Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
