Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our Consumer Business unit. Your core mission is to translate corporate growth priorities into high-impact product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, boost margins, and expand market share.

In this role, you'll serve as the strategic link between cross-functional partners—including Product Management, Finance, Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams, Marketing, and Executive Leadership—to develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for segment-specific solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from market sizing and competitive analysis to go-to-market planning, launch execution, lifecycle management, and profitability optimization.

You will be expected to blend analytical rigor with strategic insight and executional excellence, ensuring that every product we bring to market is positioned for success and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Your remit spans three critical dimensions:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

* Drive fact-based market and competitive intelligence that shape product roadmaps, pricing, and packaging decisions.

* Built on a foundation of product knowledge, exhibit world class communication skills in both writing and presentation

Commercial & Financial Stewardship :

* Build data driven business cases and ROI models that unlock investment, guide forecasting, and deliver on revenue and business goals.

* Define and track success metrics to ensure every campaign and asset ladders up to our P&L targets.

Messaging & Go-to-Market Excellence :

* Craft compelling positioning, value stories, and sales narratives that translate complex network capabilities into “must-have” outcomes for consumers and align across all T-Mobile business units.

* Enable frontline teams with playbooks, competitive battlecards, and executive ready content that accelerates customer sales and adoption.

We’re looking for a strategic storyteller and marketer with financial acumen—someone who can deconstruct market dynamics, model multimillion dollar opportunities, and then inspire both multi-disciplined peers and executives to act. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, tech, and consumer,—and you’re eager to shape the next era of T-Mobile's consumer growth—let’s talk.
