What You’ll Do

  • Lead mid-to-large scale, complex business programs with cross-functional project teams across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between external MVNO/MVNA partners and internal teams (product, engineering, finance, legal, and more).
  • Define project/program scope, structure, KPIs, risk management plans, and reporting cadence to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and provide clear, timely communication to senior leadership and executives.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, change control processes, and status reporting standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Align project work with strategic priorities and continuously drive toward improved processes and efficiencies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of formal project management experience (10–12+ years without certification).
  • Deep familiarity with PMI and Agile SAFe principles and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience managing large, multi-tiered technical projects – preferably in telecom, billing systems, engineering, or enterprise IT.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of project financials: budgeting, purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you know how to keep things on track when things get tough.
  • Experience in environments with multiple external and internal dependencies, requiring negotiation and consensus-building.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • PMP or CSM equivalent certification strongly preferred.
