
Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, Prepaid

This role supports the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing in all aspects of insight gathering, strategic planning and program management to ensure enterprise annual/quarterly goals are met in the region for the Prepaid business. This is achieved via research, analytics, and alignment on marketing efforts between Marketing & Sales that support profitable business results. Successful candidates have enthusiasm and optimism for what can be achieved with both macro and micro marketing tactics in towns across their region. The preferred office location for this role is in Bellevue, WA HQ, but could also be in Concord, CA at the RBO-II.
T-Mobile is currently offering a hybrid work environment with three days a week in office! In this role required travel time also counts towards the current in office requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brand advocate for the region. Expertise on markets of importance in the region (travel required).
- Support for Prepaid Authorized Retailer Coop program including partnership with key partners
- Function as the point-of-contact to many cross-functional teams including Regional Sales Leadership and at corporate headquarters (advertising, web/direct channels, public relations, sponsorships, events, social)
- Prepare leadership reports on all ongoing marketing efforts in the region
- Research, analysis & insights on what works in a given market (brand awareness, customer perception, traffic & sales results). Craft and develop market insight briefs to influence future media buying and overall marketing strategy
- Use performance dashboards to uncover opportunities and assess effectiveness of programs
- Comfortable navigating and applying data such as market demographics, advertising effectiveness, industry trends, sales analysis to inform plans
- Develop hyper local marketing strategies in select geographies including New Store support
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years marketing experience, preferably in B2C technology markets, with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans
- Deep understanding of demand generation activities and channels (including segment marketing, demand creation, experiential marketing, event management, campaign execution, social media, display advertising, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong grasp of consumer insights with the unique understanding of both qualitative and quantitative interpretation of data

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
