Job OverviewThis role supports business sales by providing technical expertise to design and recommend solutions that address customer needs and challenges. It involves engaging in pre-sales activities including consulting on customer opportunities and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless network technologies, devices, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies. Success is measured by the ability to effectively support sales processes, facilitate coverage analysis, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The work impacts the organization by enabling tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth objectives.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead customer meetings to present technical solutions and support sales engagements with clear communication
- Conduct wireless network coverage analysis to identify opportunities and optimize solution design for customers
- Assist in processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility and customer satisfaction
- Design, architect, and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer business needs and technical requirements
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and industry trends to support sales teams
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years - Related Work Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technical Leadership (Required)
- Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
- Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations (Required)
- Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
- Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $140,600 - $253,600, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $98,420 - $177,520The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
