Job OverviewWe’re seeking a Senior Specialist experienced in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and publish pages on our employee intranet. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who’s passionate about bringing content to life through intuitive, user-centered web design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality pages on our employee intranet using AEM - Cloud, ensuring our internal communications are accessible, engaging, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with UX designers, developers, and internal communications stakeholders to publish timely, relevant content that supports employees across the organization.
You’ll use a mix of AEM components and templates to create clean, responsive layouts while also advising on best practices for content structure, metadata, and governance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently own the end-to-end authoring process. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can based in Bellevue, Washington or Overland Park, Kansas**
Job Responsibilities:
- Author, format and publish content using AEM components and templates
- Maintain consistent tone, structure and branding across our intranet using our style guide
- Collaborate with content partners to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Consistently innovate on AEM components in the platform to build and publish internal web articles and pages
- Understand page hierarchy, metadata and tagging strategy and implement in daily work
- Follow content governance policies, version control and publishing workflows
- Maintain high quality standards across content by testing pages for formatting, broken links, accessibility and responsive behavior; perform peer reviews
- Assist internal users in using AEM as needed; support team in maintaining and updating training materials for authors and partners
- Partner with UX designers, developers and communications teams to provide feedback on component usability, enhancements and needs
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital content authoring in Adobe Experience Manager; experience with Adobe Experience Manager – Cloud preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM sites (author environment, page creation and DAM usage)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud tools preferred
- Knowledge of internal communication strategies and employee engagement platforms (e.g. intranet) preferred
- Adept at learning and adopting new technology
- Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment and work independently
- Analytics oriented; seeks out opportunities for data-based decision making and success measurement
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Strong attention to detail with a steadfast focus on quality, accuracy and employee experience
- A teammate with a passion for building and maintaining strong connections
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $57,900 - $104,500Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
