Job OverviewResponsible for handling senior level matters across national cell site portfolios acting as the first level point of contact for the Lease Operations team for escalations, including legal and audit issues. Responsible for handling or guiding specialized Lease Operations functions, such as national tower account relationships, performing complex lease interpretation, complex reconciliations, quality assurance of lease data, escalated landlord disputes and grievances. This position serves as a lead representative and SME for nationally run projects and programs related to the Technology Property Management team.

Job Responsibilities:
Serves as first level escalation for other team members and is responsible to provide training and assistance as needed to drive timely resolution of lease operations matters.
Uses and analyzes department’s established processes and standard operating procedures to provide appropriate guidance and direction.
Responsible for providing portfolio support due to increased work volume or absence.
Serves a lead point of contact for national tower account relationships or specialized portfolios.
Develops, analyzes and monitors monthly reports.
Responsible to gather and interpret metric data, identifying and communicating gaps, trends and areas of opportunity to individuals and management.
Perform complex lease interpretation, audits and analysis to ensure lease data quality and financial accuracy.
Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Serves as the lead for special projects and national programs by representing Lease Operations and by recommending procedural or process improvements, involving and informing other team members as required.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education:
Associate's Degree (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
4-7 years Specific wireless/telecommunications experience related to property management, real estate or lease operations. (Required)
Less than 2 years Leadership experience., (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $67,900 - $122,500Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
