Job OverviewThe Senior Strategy & Planning Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving the visibility, alignment, and execution discipline of Consumer market launches across the wireless enterprise. This role owns the delivery and maintenance of the enterprise launch calendar, ensuring all Consumer and Frontline channel activity is sequenced, prioritized, and executed with excellence. By tracking initiatives, surfacing risks, and enabling cross-functional approvals, this role safeguards launch readiness and ensures enterprise capacity is optimized.
Acting as an orchestrator and facilitator, this role bridges strategy and execution by partnering with senior leaders across the Enterprise (Marketing, Product, IT, Engineering, Legal, PR, etc.) to drive awareness and approvals for all Consumer impacting launches. This role will plan and lead forums at the VP+ level, providing crisp insights, actionable next steps and follow-ups to accelerate decision-making. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, deep understanding of the wireless industry, and the ability to influence without authority while maintaining a sharp focus on measurable outcomes and consumer impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Consumer Launch Calendar Management – Owns delivery and maintenance of the Consumer launch calendar, tracking all planned market launches and activity impacting Consumer and Frontline channels.
Leader Forum Scheduling & Prioritization – Works with initiative leads to schedule programs on the launch calendar per guidelines, resolving conflicts and managing priorities to maximize impact.
Leader Forum Facilitation – Plans and executes critical leader forums to guide new requests through awareness, strategy, experience, and launch readiness across Enterprise stakeholders.Facilitates these leader forums, delivering crisp and actionable notes, and ensures follow-up on commitments and action items.
GTM Certification & Approvals – Partners with key initiative leads to manage the GTM Certification process, driving cross-functional approvals from IT, Engineering, PR, Legal, and other stakeholders to confirm launch readiness.
Risk Identification & Capacity Management – Identifies risks related to exceeding channel or organizational capacity; escalates to leadership and facilitates discussion to ensure optimal outcomes.
Enterprise Alignment – Partners with other Enterprise teams and planning functions to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and interdependencies for Consumer launches.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Professional experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Consulting (Required)
- 4-7 years Wireless/Telecom industry (Preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing high-visibility programs and executive communications.(Required)
- Experience owning enterprise-level calendars, playbooks, or governance processes.(Required)
- Proven track record of facilitating senior leadership forums (VP+), preparing decision frameworks, and ensuring follow-up on action items.(Required)
- Prior experience with market launch readiness, cross-functional approvals, or GTM certification processes preferred.(Required)
- Exposure to risk identification, capacity planning, and mitigation strategies within a large, matrixed organization. (Preferred)
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to track, manage, and communicate large-scale GTM programs (Required)
- Financial Planning Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results (Required)

Base Pay Range: $107,400 - $193,900Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
