As a member of the handset and accessories supply chain planning team at T-Mobile, the Sr. Supply Chain Planner is responsible for the planning and fulfillment of assigned products within the Plan-to-Delivery forward logistics process. Working closely with Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Procurement, this role leads the development and communication of an integrated store replenishment plan for assigned customers, products, and OEMs — supporting T-Mobile's financial and customer service objectives. The Sr. Supply Chain Planner also develops and implements supply chain policies and inventory control systems, drives cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to operational excellence through continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Collaborative Planning & Replenishment process for stores
- Test soundness of replenishment plan assumptions based on historical data; review projected store inventory and mitigate inventory failure or excess positions
- Partner with Demand Planning, Channel Managers, and Inventory Planning and Procurement to integrate New Product Introduction (NPI) safety stock plans into DC inventory plans
- Identify and model alternate supply network and store assortment strategies to improve service levels and inventory investment performance
- Model store assortment, develop inventory and service strategy, and jointly review store service level and replenishment strategies with retail store leadership, customers' buying teams, and store replenishment planning teams
- Establish and maintain business relationships with Channel Managers, customers' buying teams, Logistics, and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and clear communication on backorder status
- Root-cause process failures and implement process improvements
- Lead and support projects as assigned by business
Education and Work Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- 2-4 years Experience in supply chain planning, including inventory and demand planning in a telecom or related industry
- Demonstrated experience managing collaborative planning and replenishment (CPFR or equivalent) for retail or distribution channels
Preferred:
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Supply chain experience in the wireless or telecom industry
- Working knowledge of o9, SAP ECC, or Oracle Retail Fulfillment planning modules
- Knowledge of SQL and other analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Experience implementing planning systems and managing CPFR or VMI programs
- Experience integrating New Product Introduction (NPI) safety stock plans into DC inventory planning
- 2-4 years Experience in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems
- 2-4 years Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes

- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM): Certification from ISM that indicates expertise in supply management and procurement (Preferred)
- Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF), Certified Planning Professional (CPP), Certified in Supply Chain Architecture (CSCA), or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) (Preferred)

The base salary for this role in Bellevue, WA is $79,700 – $107,800
Base Pay Range: $61,300 - $110,500Corporate Bonus Target: 10%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
