We are seeking a Senior Technical Paralegal – eDiscovery with strong process and project management skills to join our legal team. This role requires expertise in eDiscovery law, litigation support software, predictive coding, and technology-assisted review (TAR). The ideal candidate will develop and refine eDiscovery workflows, manage large-scale projects, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do in your role.

eDiscovery Process & Project Management

  • Oversee and refine end-to-end eDiscovery workflows to enhance efficiency, quality control, and compliance.
  • Develop, document, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, review, and production.
  • Lead multiple eDiscovery projects simultaneously, managing timelines, case roadmaps, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management to optimize litigation support costs.
  • Ensure compliance with FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure), court-mandated deadlines, and discovery obligations.
  • Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-driven process improvements.

Database & Technology Management

  • Create, maintain, and manage litigation support databases and data repositories, specifically but not limited to Relativity.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all eDiscovery systems.
  • Utilize advanced features of Relativity and other industry-standard platforms to streamline case analysis.
  • Stay updated with emerging legal technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage predictive coding and TAR workflows to enhance review speed and accuracy.
  • Train legal teams on machine learning models, AI-driven document prioritization, and automation strategies.

Litigation & Organizational Support

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits and discovery materials.
  • Conduct legal research and data analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft and issue legal holds and track custodian compliance.

The experience you’ll bring.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, process management, and litigation support.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Casepoint, Disco, Everlaw, Nuix, Brainspace).
  • Experience with AI-driven review tools, predictive coding, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, and litigation support databases.

Legal & Compliance Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of eDiscovery laws, regulations, legal strategy, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of FRCP, legal holds, data preservation, and regulatory requirements.

Process & Project Management Skills:

  • Ability to design and manage scalable eDiscovery workflows.
  • Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication & Leadership:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing eDiscovery for regulatory investigations or government inquiries.

Base Pay Range: $33.38 - $60.21

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
