Studio Manager

*** This position must be located in Overland Park, KS: or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

T-Mobile’s Studio Manager oversees communication and project management of projects within T-Studios in-house creative & production department, including partner communication, planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and delivery/execution of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
  • Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (or equivalent)
  • 4-7 years Experience of Account Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications.
  • 4-7 Years experience Project Management:  Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.
  • Advertising & Marketing Communications, Account management, and/or Project and Program Management

Other:

Ability to Adjust to a flexible schedule: day, afternoon and graveyard shifts, weekend shifts, on-call, and holidays

Some travel required.

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Base Pay Range: $74,100 - $133,700

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
