This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. The T|Studios team is at the heart of T-Mobile's integrated media production, redefining how we connect with both our customers and internal teams. We’re responsible for crafting innovative video content that fuels our marketing campaigns and internal communications. What You'll Do

As an Associate Video Producer Intern, you’ll play a critical role in the production process, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Your work will help shape the messaging and storytelling of a company known for breaking boundaries and connecting people. Past interns have worked on high-visibility projects that directly support our marketing initiatives and internal communications strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the creation, production, and post-production of video and graphic projects.

  • Collaborate with production, editorial, post-production, creative, and legal teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Coordinate and track projects from inception to delivery, ensuring all creative details are accurately completed.

  • Consolidate and execute nuanced feedback from multiple teams and senior leaders.

  • Source and license content from studio libraries, stock sites, and music houses.

What It Takes

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program studying Mass Communication, Film and Television or related field.

  • Expected graduation of Spring 2026 or Summer 2026.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent client and project management skills.

  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines and changing project details.

  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, along with solid understanding of Egnyte, Slack, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Understanding of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of detailed notes and changes in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
