This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.
What It’s Like
At T-Mobile, we focus on our customers and meet their needs in various ways they interact with our brands. This internship position is responsible for developing consumer insights on the experience with all our digital touchpoints and delivering actionable recommendations throughout our organization. A strong candidate will be passionate about consumer insights and familiar with customer satisfaction and customer experience research, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies. They will be a champion for our customers, representing their needs and desires to the organization to enhance a customer’s experience and satisfaction with our brand.
What You’ll Do
During the internship, you will learn about T-Mobile’s DVOC program and how we measure digital experiences and customer satisfaction. We will assign a deep-dive analysis project to be completed during the 12 weeks. The topic will be based on an area of your interest and will result in analyzing surveys and other data to create a story. Based on your findings, you will create a presentation for your team and other internal groups.
Key Responsibilities
Learn about the DVOC Program and talk confidently about trends
Analyze surveys and other data sources to create a data story about the digital experience
Teamwork! Work with the team on reporting and ad-hoc requests across different lines of business
Learn about quantitative and qualitative research methods and best practices
What It Takes
Experience with survey tools like Qualtrics, Medallia, Survey Monkey
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in Bachelors program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
