This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It’s Like

  • SDR will report to a leader who also manages another 7-11 SDRs.
  • 50+ calls & 50+ emails/day conducted through CRM to connect with prospects and set appointments.
  • Connect with the field sales reps that the SDR supports to communicate about the appointments that were set, the current funnel size and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Live the life of an SDR’s daily prospecting/partnership tasks and key responsibilities to provide feedback and insight on how to elevate the program with specifics on training, onboarding, reporting needs to improve the SDR experience and overall execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary focus will be identifying key decision-makers within their assigned territory and facilitating successful meetings that lead to sales opportunities for the segment (SMB/ENT/GOV) field sales teams. The SDR will build and nurture relationships with their assigned Account Executives, serving as a supportive partner in creating connections with potential companies that employ a specific headcount of employees for T-Mobile.

What It Takes

  • Qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication with a strong ability to build relationships.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • INCLUDE ANY CERTIFICATES, CREDENTIALS, ETC: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite. AI certifications preferred but not required.
  • INCLUDE SPECIFIC SKILLSETS: Ability to handle rejection and objections, daily

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
