This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It’s Like
The intern will gain an understanding of the day-to-day processes of the Operations Manager. Collaborating with a mentor, the intern will contribute to the development of Wholesale architecture artifacts, encompassing process documentation, business requirements, and roadmaps. Your responsibilities include identifying systematic opportunities to enhance the experience of Wholesale partners and streamline administrative processes within core systems and applications. Additionally, you will document assigned functional project aimed at driving continuous improvement. The overarching goal is to create an optimal experience within systems, enabling the Wholesale team to leverage consolidated sources of truth for efficient data utilization and management.
What You’ll Do
The Intern will be actively engaged in the Wholesale Ticketing AI project, acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of the Wholesale Ticketing processes. Collaborating closely with a Senior Operations Manager as his/her mentor, the Intern will contribute to the development of a coherent framework for our virtual agent, ensuring ease of comprehension and navigation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive process documentation for the Wholesale Ticketing AI system.
Employ advanced analytic tools, including PowerBi, to scrutinize customer complaints systematically, generating detailed reports and identifying discernible trends.
Engage in the strategic formulation of questionnaires for virtual agents by leveraging insights derived from meticulous analysis of ticket data.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by interfacing with diverse teams to aggregate innovative ideas, contributing to the refinement and consolidation of virtual agent questionnaires.
Participate actively in the validation process of the Ticketing AI project, involving comprehensive assessments and verification procedures to ensure the system's accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specified requirements.
What It Takes
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Analytics, Business, Electrical Engineering, IT Operations, Telecom/Communications Engineering or Economics.
Skills in analytic tools like PowerBI and Tableau; knowledge of AI is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data organization and analysis.
Interest in learning about telecommunications operations and data-driven decision-making.
Strong attention to detail, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
