Job OverviewThe Workplace Violence Program Manager supports the organization’s workplace violence prevention and response efforts across a national footprint. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and guests by managing incidents involving threats, intimidation, or disruptive behavior. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of workplace violence cases, including intake, investigation, risk evaluation, and resolution. Working within a small, collaborative team, this role operates with a high degree of independence while partnering closely with business teams. The role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations, including those involving escalated or potentially hostile individuals.
** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) in the office and is based in Overland Park, KS **
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, triage, and documentation of workplace violence and threat-related cases.
- Conduct investigations, including interviews, information gathering, and risk assessments
- Review and analyze security-related information, including CCTV footage and incident reports, to support case findings.
- Respond to time-sensitive situations in potentially escalated or high-pressure environments.
- Partner with Human Resources, Corporate Security, Legal, and business teams to settle and implement appropriate response and resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely case documentation; ensure data integrity within case management systems.
- Monitor ongoing cases and conduct follow-up to support effective risk mitigation.
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to support urgent or escalated incidents.
- Contribute to workplace safety initiatives and related projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required)
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate security, investigations or law enforcement.(preferred)
- Ability to independently manage sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Exposure to security practices or systems. (e.g., CCTV, video review, incident reporting)
- Strong investigative and analytical skills, including basic risk assessment.
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management or reporting systems.
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $55,600 - $100,300Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
