T-Mobile $20/hour minimum wage
On December 10, 2021, T-Mobile announced a commitment to pay ALL employees a minimum of $20/hour, regardless of role or full-time/part-time status. While most of our employees earn well above that, this move is about inclusion and ensuring that no T-Mobile employee is left behind. We’re investing in our people–and $20/hour is just the start!
We continue to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19 on communities across the country. With input from our medical advisors and many other large companies with similar policies, T-Mobile will require vaccination for employment in most job categories except as required by law. Data clearly shows that vaccines offer our best chance at helping save lives and prevent serious illness from COVID-19, and it’s clear to us that this is the right thing to do for the safety of our employees, their families, and our customers.
