Military Leave

Our Military Compensation plan, effective from day one, offers up to 20 paid workdays annually for military duties like drill weekends for reservists or PCS moves for spouses. Use them as full days, partial days, or up to 4 continuous weeks per year.

Flexible Work Arrangements

T-Mobile is willing to consider flexible work arrangements for some designated jobs - and in the event of a PCS move for a domestic partner or spouse. We strongly encourage you to apply for any role in which you’re qualified for and interested in!

Childcare & Family Building

As part of the T-Mobile family, YOUR family matters too. We offer up to $250 each month to help with child-care expenses. We also have Family Building benefits supporting fertility, adoption and surrogacy – but we don’t stop there. When your new addition arrives, we offer paid parental leave and bonding leave.
