Military Leave
Our Military Leave benefit, effective from day one, offers up to 20 days of full pay annually and then up to an additional 100 weeks of supplemental pay for team members on qualifying military leave.
Flexible Work Arrangements
T‑Mobile is willing to consider flexible work arrangements for some designated jobs - and in the event of a PCS move for a domestic partner or spouse. We strongly encourage you to apply for any role in which you’re qualified for and interested in!
Childcare & Family Building
As part of the T‑Mobile family, YOUR family matters too. We offer up to $250 each month to help with child-care expenses. We also have Family Building benefits supporting fertility, adoption and surrogacy – but we don’t stop there. When your new addition arrives, we offer paid parental leave and bonding leave.
401K & Stock
